"The city is hoping to keep the downtown thriving amidst all the excavators and cranes. Right by the construction is Collective Beauty Salon and Med Spa.

Party on the Patio was held in support of Women of Westfield
Collective Beauty Salon and Med Spa tried to hold a Downtown Westfield Association “Party on the Patio” supporting Women of Westfield in June, but the dangerously hot weather (there was an actual heat advisory that day) forced them to reschedule. They tried again on Tuesday, Oct. 15, but it was too cold and windy for most people to be outside. This time they moved everyone to the second floor of 380 E.
