Important: Road Closures

Please read this message from the City of Westfield, and plan accordingly:

"Westfield Construction along SR 32 is entering a new phase that will require a full road closure from Poplar Street to Union Street starting on or shortly after April 7. This closure is anticipated to last about six months as crews continue to improve and rebuild this key corridor. Below is a summary of what to expect, along with details about detours and schedules.

Our Recommended Routes

32 and Union: Union Street running east to west of 32 is open again as of 7/7/25. 32 West is still closed. You can only go East on 32 at the intersection currently.

32 and Carey Road: You can drive through the barricades and turn right at Cherry Street and enter our parking lot.

191st Street Exit: Go East at the 191st street exit from 31. At the first round about, take the first exit (turn right) onto East Street. Take East Street south to 32, turn right onto 32, go through the barricades, turn right at Cherry Street and enter our parking lot.

161st Street Exit: Go East at the 161st Street exit from 31. Enter the round about and take the third exit onto Union Street. Take Union Street North to the intersection and 3 way stop at 32. Turn right onto 32. Turn left onto North Cherry Street and enter our parking lot. South Cherry Street by Field Brewing is currently closed as of 7/14/25.

West 169th Street : From the West side of Westfield, take 169th street East. Go under 31, past the Mazda dealer to Union Street. Turn left onto Union Street. Take Union Street North to 32, turn right. Turn left onto South Cherry Street and enter our parking lot.

32 and Hague: 32 and Hague near Noblesville is currently completely shut down. Use the Little Chicago Road / State Road 38 detour.

Please note school starts August 7th: Westfield Washington Schools Elementary Schools: 7:50 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Westfield Intermediate School and Westfield Middle School: 8:45 a.m. to 3:35 p.m. Westfield High School: 8:35 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.
