BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT

Our software now requires a credit card to reserve an appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Clients will be subject to a 50% fee for a “no show” or less than 24 hours notice of rescheduling. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment time so that we may have ample time to fill that reservation. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged.

SERVICES AND PRICING

All services are a la carte. Website pricing reflects the base price of each service. Online pricing is an estimate. We are happy to give a price quote before your service begins.

PACKAGES

All packages are purchased as a bundle of services. The funds cannot be refunded. Packages must be applied and used towards the original service.

REFUNDS

Collective Beauty Salon And Med Spa services are non-refundable. We are more than happy to schedule a complimentary adjustment if you are not satisfied. Please contact the salon within 48 hours of original appointment to arrange the complimentary service. Service must be performed within 2 weeks of original appointment.

Please note: Using home color or going from darker to lighter tones is not an exact science and will most likely result in more than one service to achieve your desired result. If this is the case, your service provider will advise you during your consultation and your service will not be subject to our complimentary adjustment policy.

RETURN POLICY

Retail products may be returned within 14 days of original purchase if less than 25% has been used. In-store credit will be issued. No cash value is given.

GIFT CARDS

All gift cards are non-refundable and considered cash. No refund will be issued if lost or stolen. Collective Beauty gift cards may not be used for tips. Collective Beauty gift cards may not be used to purchase boutique items.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Collective Beauty has the right to refuse service to customers who we deem discourteous or disruptive.

ARRIVING LATE

Your time is important to us and we are committed to offering all guests a reliable timetable. If you arrive late for your appointment you may be asked to reschedule or will be offered a shortened service so we may serve every guest promptly.

MED SPA ARRIVALS

Please arrive 15 minutes before your reserved appointment to ensure plenty of time to change and relax.

PRIVACY

During treatments, your body will be draped with sheets or towels to ensure your privacy, but please feel free to leave on as much clothing as you prefer.

PROMOTING HEALTH AND WELLBEING

We ask that you be courteous of the protection of our staff and guests by canceling your appointment if you have any communicable diseases such as a cold, flu, cold sores, athlete’s foot, other skin conditions, etc. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to have a contagious illness.

REGARDING CHILDREN

We politely request that you do not leave your child unattended at any time during your visit. This is for the safety of your child as well as maintaining a relaxing atmosphere for other guests. A parent or guardian must be present the entire service if under 16 years old.

GRATUITY

Tipping is appreciated and at the client’s discretion. We also appreciate referrals of your friends and five star reviews.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept cash, all major credit cards, Cherry Credit, Care Credit, Spa Finder gift cards and Collective Beauty Salon and Med Spa gift cards. Please no personal checks.
